Once the package is sent by DHL to the provided address, you CANNOT CHANGE it becuase there is a charge of $10.

International orders can take 7-21 business days. Please, be patience.

- Few month ago USPS stopped tracking packages from some countries, including Spain. We only can check the status of the order while it's in Spain. If the package it's still in transit for more than 30 days, please let us know and we'll put a claim. Also We recommend to call to your post office and give them the tracking number.

- We ship to the address you provide. I can't be responsible for changed addresses & address mistakes. If an order is returned to me, I can resend it but I will ask that you pay the shipping charges.

If your address is incorrect will be a charge to modify, so please tell us before the package is shipped.

- All customs charges are the responsibility of each customer.

We send most of our packages by DHL, specially in the USA, if we can't deliver the package due to a wrong address or because we're not able to contact with the customer, this will have to pay the shipping again and a suplement for a returned package (shipping + 10€).

If you have any doubt about the correct size, feel free to write us, we can advice you to select the correct size for your dog. Take into account that the medium size is substantially harder than the small, due to the width and the weight of the hardware, so it's very important to choose the right size according to your dog's size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
You can hand washing the cotton items in cold water or in the washing machine inside a bag of delicate clothes always protecting the buckles.
Once washed clean I lay them flat on a towel to dry.
For the vegan leathers, clean using a damp cloth and then dry with a towel.
Take into account that the brass could loss the shine with the tear and wear, so you can repair it with some tricks, like scrubbing toothpaste with a toothbrush, using vinegar with a cloth, salt and lemon or ketchup. Ask us for more info.
